The 7th Dakahlia Dental Congress (DKDC) took place on 24th and 25th December, 2015, under the title Update and Upgrade. Prof. Dr. Mohamd Elkenawy, president of Mansoura University, Prof. Dr. Essam Elwakeel, dean of the Faculty of Dentistry, and Dr. Mamdouh Wahba, head of Dakahlia Dental Syndicate attended the opening ceremony.
The conference schedule included lectures by top dentists and dentistry professors of all Egyptian universities. There were also workshops highlighting the latest trends in different dentistry branches such implantology and endodontics. The conference was a big success with a huge attendance of Egyptian dentists as well as foreign dental students at Mansoura University.
