to evaluate the outputs of the project "ADIP" for quality of distance education funded by "TEMPUS" in cooperation with the Agency of the Francophonie "AUF" which includes the establishment of the International Digital Skills Center "Digital International Campus of Applied Skills; DICAS" at the Central Library at Mansoura University.
