MU and VUM agree to promote cooperation in areas of interest through appropriate means as follows:
1. To exchange faculty and research staff members, technicians and students.
2. To provide students and staff with an opportunity to increase their intercultural competences.
3. To cooperate in the further development of the institutions, especially with regard to academic programmes, research activities and Ph.D. supervisions.
4. To implement joint education, research, and exchange projects.
5. To deepen cooperation between both institutions through joint projects in the field of student exchange programmes, research activities and professional development.
6. To exchange scientific information through academic activities (congress, colloquies, and seminars).
7. Promotion of educational activities for researcher personnel, technicians, and students.
