The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research warns against cooperation with the Donetsk National University of Medicine in Kiev, Ukraine,

 and warns students not to apply for university and postgraduate level.

The General Administration of Missions stresses that it will not terminate any special procedures for new students who have received admission from the Donetsk National University of Medicine in Kiev, Ukraine, and to refrain from placing them under the scientific supervision of the missions from the academic year 2019/2020.
