Faculty of Dentistry (Mansoura Univ) has been selected as the dental school which will represent Africa and Middle east in Global Citizenship in Dentistry (GCD).

The current partner universities are [HKU(Host Univ) & IMU represent Asia), (Manchester represents UK and Europe), (Western University in the USA represents North America).

This international collaborative program is targeting the first year pre-clinical students in Operative Dentistry sim-Lab teaching during the first semester. It will focus on professionalism, peer learning and educate the students how to prepare case portfolios.

All the the next academic year pre-clinical students are welcome to register their interest in application for the program to Dr. Mohamed Elshirbeny Elawsya, Dr. Younoss Saleh Harp or Dr. Eman Sobh. (Deadline of registration of interest is 20 August 2018)

Only 70 students will be selected after running the interviews in Early September.

Very Important Notes
1. The participation of this program is open to all Pre-clinical 1 students without any additional fees
2. The selected students need to attend 2 indicatory lectures about the program in November
3. If the selection panel receive any sort of recommendation for an applicant , this will lead to immediate disqualification of the student from the selection procedures.
