The government employees represent a significant number of the labor sector in Egypt. This is an important foundation

for the success of any government strategy to develop the government work and to encourage the innovation and entrepreneurship for the employees. The developing their daily performance is a formidable challenge as well as a strategic opportunity in the field of entrepreneurship. At the Cairo International Exhibition of Innovation 2016, the best government practices were presented, which participated in the competition "Government Creativity" under the auspices of the Ministry of Planning in cooperation with the Academy of Scientific Research and Technology to promote the creative and managerial skills of the government employees. The awards are included the government innovation projects with a financial value of LE 35,000 to the Justice Team for creating "Simplifying Legal Proceedings", the Maak Team for creating a "Service Development System for Special Needs", and an ambitious team for creating "a paper machine".
