The Council of the Academy of Scientific Research and Technology announced in its 171 session the winners of the State Science Awards for 2017.
 Mansoura University has won three awards:

Prize of the advanced technological science for Prof/ Mohamed Abdel-Qader Ali Sobh - Professor at Center of Nephrology and Urology, Mansoura University
The State Encouragement Prize in Chemical Sciences for Dr./ Mohamed Mounir Mohamed Ibrahim - Assistant Professor, Faculty of Science, Mansoura University
The Engineering Sciences Prize for Dr. / Ahmed Mahmoud Al-Desouki Saleh Heikal - lecture at the Faculty of Engineering - Mansoura University
