The Central Administration of Student Affairs in the Egyptian Ministry of Higher Education announces the opening of the entrance to study in the Egyptian universities and institutes for international students for the academic year 2019/2020.

The postgraduate course is part of an initiative to study in Egypt launched by the Egyptian Ministry of Higher Education.

Conditions of progress:

1- The applicant must be a non-Egyptian national (foreign).

2- The student must be new

3. A student who has been accepted for more than two years is allowed to apply again.

4- The student should submit via the official website of the Cultural Affairs and Missions Sector www.mohe-casm.edu.eg

5- No students are admitted to the universities without presenting the proof of submission through the official website of the cultural affairs and missions sector  www.mohe-casm.edu.eg

6. The student shall submit all documents and documents in full during the announcement date. Accordingly, the administration shall receive from the universities the student's file by express mail no later than one month from the date of acceptance of papers in the university.

Required Documents :-

1- Payment receipt for the services of progress on the site (1500 Egyptian pounds only) for each degree.

2. Proof of submission via the website.

3- The data form issued by the Central Administration for the Affairs of the International Students

4 - the last qualification

5- Certificate equivalent to the last academic qualification from the Supreme Council of Universities accredited

How to progress

- The student advances through the official website of the Department of Cultural Affairs and Missions www.mohe-casm.edu.eg

- To complete the data form, and upload the passport photo (valid), Taking into account the notation of the full name so that it is identical to the passport and the rest of the documents. At the end of the application steps, the student will print the proof of submission and attach it to the documents of the application for admission to the university he wishes to study
