The second call for U.S Egypt Higher Education Initiative for 2018/2019

The Cultural Affairs and Mission sector in the Ministry of Higher Education, in cooperation with the U.S. Agency for International Development, announces the opening of the "U.S Egypt Higher Education Initiative for 2018/2019" for Egyptian Professionals in accordance with Convention No. 263-899 signed between the U.S. Agency for International Development and the Central Department of Missions at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. These scholarships are available to males, females and people with special needs.

Scholarships are:
1. Master degree for a maximum of two years in the United States of America.
2. Master degree for a maximum of two years from the American University in Cairo.

1. Postdoctoral fellowships for 6 months in the United States.
2. One-semester training in the United States of America for a maximum of 4 months.

The Central Administration of Missions will organize a workshop on Thursday, 12 April 2018, from 10 am to 3 pm, and applicants should send an e-mail to: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Available fields:
Renewable energy - Desalination of water resources - Rare and modern engineering and technological sciences - Computer and information science - Life science - Agricultural and nutrition sciences - Commercial sciences - Social, human and educational sciences.
