The Academy of Scientific Research announces the attendance of training courses in specialization for 3 months outside of Egypt through

the Cultural Affairs and Missions sector - the Ministry of Higher Education. The conditions for the progress of the training courses are as follows:

- The applicant must be a demonstrator, research assistant or assistant lecture.
- The general grad of the first degree should be at least very good.
- Applicants should not exceed 30 years of age at the time of submission and registration.
- The applicant must be registered for master's or doctorate degree as a condition of travel and the registration must not exceed two years when submitting papers.
- The applicant must have a master's degree in the same specialization (for the applicants who are applying to collect the scientific material for the doctorate degree)
- Obtaining 5.5 degrees in the IELTS test or 60 degrees in the IBT TOEFL test taking into consideration the higher level of English required by universities.
- The military service was discharged or exempted (for males)
- Applicant has not previously obtained a scholarship or grant for the purpose of collecting the scientific material.
