On Sunday, 15/4/2018, the Vice-President for Post-graduate Studies and Research, Prof. Ashraf Swailam opened a workshop entitled

 "Fund-raising for research via writing effective research proposals” at the University Development Center through cooperation between the post-graduate Studies Sector and the Center.

The lecture was lectured by Prof. Ahmed Shukair, former director of the Center for Nephrology and Urology.

Prof. Ashraf Swailam has stressed the importance of the workshop that the skill of writing research proposals is one of the basic skills which allows increasing the number of projects obtained by the university.
