Yesterday the CONTINUOUS DENTAL EDUCATION UNIT successfully finished the 4th scientific workshop entitled overdenture the standard of care
We started with a 2 lectures by Profs Mostafa El_Sayad and Ashraf Gebreel then a little talks from the representatives of Novartis and Dentium companies the sponsors of the day.
Following the lunch break Prof Mostafa El_Sayad demonstrated a life surgery inserting 2 implants with their ball and sockets superstructure in a patient at the faculty prosthodontic department clinic followed by pickup demonstration from Prof Ashraf on the patient complete denture.
Finally Dr Ebrahim from Dentium Implant demonstrated all types of their attachments on a epoxy mandible.
