I am pleased to welcome all the postgraduate students to the Faculty of Dentistry - Mansoura University.

 The Postgraduate Studies and Research Sector hosts Egyptian and international students who are passionate about the study and scientific research. The sector offers a wide range of study programs covering all fields of dentistry from basic and applied sciences.

 The sector depends on a distinguished group of faculty members and researchers with different experiences and growing teaching and research resources to prepare students for their future tasks in serving societies that aim for rapid change based on scientific progress. Our goal is for students to have a rich educational experience during their study years, full of knowledge accumulation, skills development, and changing attitudes, which will be reflected in the future on the quality of service provided to their patients and communities and their contributions to the advancement of the dental profession and medical education.

We hope that the coming period, through serious and diligent work and the active and efficient participation of all, will witness a new boom in postgraduate studies, research, and cultural relations.

Vision:
The postgraduate Studies and Researches Sector aspires to international recognition in the fields of education and scientific research.

Mission:
Develop the knowledge and skills of postgraduate students in various dental specialties, as well as in scientific research and medical education, to ensure the preparation of qualified specialists who can provide distinguished medical service, compete for job opportunities, and play active role in the future of the profession.

Strategic Objectives:
1- Education: Enhancing the educational experience of students, as evidenced by the application of new bylaws for postgraduate studies in line with international reference standards and increasing the world networking within the next two years.

2- Scientific Research: Raising the level of scientific research in terms of quantity and quality, as evidenced by the number of publications in specialized international scientific journals indexed and ranked by recognized international databases within the next two years.

3- Management: Improving the workflow in light of high quality standards, as evidenced by the standards of performance efficiency starting from next year.

4- Work environment: Creating a friendly and rewarding work environment, as indicated by the level of satisfaction of all groups "working in" or "dealing with" the sector starting from next year.

5- Sustainability: Ensure continuous advancement in education, research, management, and work environment through regular re-evaluations throughout the strategic plan frame (2022- 2026).
